I had this meeting and it was really stressful it was with someone from the council about support if i did move out i worked my self up so much and im scared my parents will find out and my head is full of so much i havent cut but want to cut.

    You're worried about your parents finding out, that you're moving out, or that you've been self harming? Are they aware of your mental health issues? You mentioned you were 18, your parents can't really stop you from moving out, unless factors like mental health could put you at risk. Etc. But like then, you can still have the freedom to move out if you wanted to.
