Don't think i can do this anymore

So yeahh, As some of you's know my mam hasn't been well for quite a while now, She has loads of appointments coming up for hospitals hundreds of miles away, and of course, i have to go with her cause she needs an escort, it's costing so much though, and i never get a break, i've had to pick up more shifts at work, so working 6 days a week now from 9am until 5:30pm ... plus i'm trying to keep up with all this college work and exams which has taken a beating from all the extra pressure, plus got caring duties to do I can't keep with with everything and i'm always left half asleep. My mental health has suffered a lot because of it and i just can't cope. i don't know what to do about it. There's no one that can help. I just want to give up.
