So, we have a positive book, a positive jar, why not have a New Year Jar?
Basically, 1st Jan 2014, get yourself a jar similar to this one, or bigger which ever size you like!
Make it bright colourful, however you want to decorate it.
Either use sticky notes, or bright coloured paper and write memories, achievements, proud moments, quotes, etc on them and throughout the year put these in the Jar.
You can put glitter and pom poms in it if you so wish to as well.
At the end of the year, 31/12/14 get your jar and open it then read all the amazing things you done in that past year.
It's a great way to give you a little boost on how much you actually do, and all your achievements and proud moments. It's also good and would help boost your confidence.
Good luck!:)

That's a great thing!
It keeps you distracted, and at the end of the year even though you may of had negative and low moments, you'll see how many positive things there are when you read the pieces of paper
You can buy them fairly cheap in Home Bargain, and it's Fucking POSITIVE!!!
Can get them from Poundland!
