Hi everyone ,
For the past say 3 years my sex drive has been terrible as in very low to non existent. I have had my blood checked for testosterone levels and its fine , I don't smoke , not overweight and go to they gym on a regular basis.
I've been in a relationship for now around 6 years and we don't have sex that often - probably around twice this year . I just don't have that same drive I had in my teens and early twenties anymore .
The only thing that helps my sex drive is when I'm hungover it seems to boost it ? However this strange boost is now also disappearing as I find I'm less and less horny now.
I don't drink much at all and have tried herble supplements.
Heck I don't even feel like masterbating much anymore .
This is a big weight on me, can anyone help ?
Physically there is nothing wrong as sometimes I do wake up with an errection , but this is also rare .
Thank u

It seems this is affecting you a lot and been quite hard, which is very understandable. Have you spoken to your partner about this? Is there anything they can pinpoint that could be causing your low sex drive, especially in the last 3 years?
As others have mentioned, sometimes causes can be linked to stress, fatigue and depression. If something has been bothering you, you may not notice it as linked with sex drive, but it may have a lot of influence.
Are you happy in your relationship? Sometimes being in a long term situation can allow sex to dwindle, and some extra effort is needed to keep the passion going! Perhaps trying new things could help
Have a look at our article on Low sex drive as well as an Askthesite Q&A that can help.
Do let us know how you get on *hug*
