Spots!

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I've had an appalling diet on holiday and as a result I have had a break out of really angry/sore spots. I havent ever really suffered with spots so any suggestions for how to calm them down would be appreciated! I have used tea tree oil before but its the one thing I never thought to pack and its expensive so I'm not keen on buying more when I go home tomorrow...

Sudocrem is good for spots. I just use that tbh :)

Toothpaste. Put it on overnight and it'll dry them out.

A little bottle of tea tree oil from Superdrug won't cost more than about £2.50, and if it actually works for you then it's probably a good deal.

Wow I never knew you could get tea tree oil so cheap in Superdrug! I normally buy it in BodyShop! I also never knew the toothpaste/sudocrem thing actually worked! I'm home now so will bathe my face in tea tree oil then use toothpaste overnight :) Thanks for the tips guys! :)

I'll echo the sudocrem suggestion, I'm sporting a particularly angry beast of a spot right now and sudocrem's working a treat :d
