Mental Health at work

TheSite Leaders took part in some consultation to help us understand some of the hardest issues that come up in the work place and generally for those looking for work.

Mental health was a biggie, and so as Frankipanda has shared her story with TheSite :)

Can you relate to her story and do you have any questions or concerns about work and mental health you'd like our take on?

    Great video.

I guess one of my worries about seeking professional support about my mental health is how I will fit appointments around work time. I only have 30minutes dinner break and that's it thought the day. This is something that has along with other things stopped me from getting that support.

I don't work 9-5 and I know most of the appointments are going to be between those times. The latest I finish work is 6pm.

    Hope that makes sense.
" And everywhere I am, there you'll be, your love made me make it through, oh I owe so much to you "
" So I say thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing, thanks for all the joy they're bringing, who can live without it, I ask in all honestly what would life be? Without a song or a dance, what are we? So I say thank you for the music, for giving it to me "

    Excellent video Franki.

Although I didn't go to Uni and just college, I found it difficult to find work even after applying for around 10-15 jobs A DAY for one year. I even applied for jobs which I had no experience in. I only had a handful of interviews probably same you, around 3.

You'll find a job, just keep trying and keep your hopes up high :)

Nope you don't have an accent:)
