    yes, this particular case sounds like bullshit, but its still interesting, as ive heard of it happening before. Probably much less in big cities

    It definitely happens (there have been plenty of studies showing it), but this isn't an example of it. If he'd sent in two identical CVs with just the name changed, he might've had a case.
