maybe, only victimless if you can't see who you're hurting?
It's the first thing that springs to mind whenever I see something described as a victimless crime.
why?
Could lead to unjustified prosecutions? That's the entire aim of it. And is there such a thing as a justified prosecution for blasphemy? Their criticism should be that it will only lead to unjustified prosecutions.
