So sorry to hear this sad news about your Dad passing away. I wonder had he been unwell or was this unexpected for you? Either way it can still be a big shock

Hi l too lost my Mum about a year ago and when u love somebody so much its difficult and you have your good days when you think of them, what made you smile and happy while you were with them, memories are precious and so hang on to them. The difficult days are filled with emptiness and then the days with lovely memories of them come back. Hope this helps a little and sorry about your Dad.
