Self-Harm (Weird findings)

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Hey,

So recently I've moved out, and settled in temporary accommodation, but it's like I feel calmer.
Is it even possible to completely stop self-harming just like that, cold turkey? I don't know if it's because I feel as though I have a massive weight off my shoulders, or if it's because I don't want to get kicked out of here, it feels weird, just wanted to know if it was possible to stop cold turkey.

Thankiessss!

Well done Claire, that's a really positive alternative :thumb:

And as piccolo says Soph, if you're feeling calmer, go with it! *hug*
