I have the implant had it for 3 years now I was meant to have it changed today but I couldnt go because off the snow, so having it done on the 3 of feb. I was just wondering why am I bleeding and getting bad pains in my tummy?

    If you're concerned you should call NHS direct as a first option. That number is 0845 46 47. They can give you advice on what treatment and checkup route to follow.

    As Franki said, it sounds like your period. I don't think having it in for a week or so longer will cause problems, but if you're worried call the clinic/doctor who's taking it out and ask.
    Remember, you're no longer protected from pregnancy by the implant, so unless you want a baby use condoms till you get a new implant :thumb:
