Does anyone have good experiences with a certain benzodiazepine for alleviating panic and anxiety?
i've tried diazepam and lorazepam, but neither seem to be strong enough for me.

    i don't want to talk to them... all sorts of reasons why.

    Ok, well it's not hugely sensible to self-medicate, could you talk to your GP?

    I plan to... got to wait a week for my appointment though *sigh*
    My head is being taken over by so many thoughts, it makes me so anxious. :(
    I think the mental health team are coming over tomorrow, but I don't want them to. They make me nervous.

    do you do anything else (relaxation, mindfulness...) to help your anxiety or just the medication?
