Don't have much time at the moment got to make breakfast for the sister, but please feel free to PM me if you want a longer chat
As for town, are you going with friends? Could you speak to them about what's happened? It might bring you some comfort being around other people. I think you need to tell someone, a break up is very difficult to go through and even harder if you're trying to go it alone.
If you do decide to be alone today, please stay safe. It's not worth it over a boy, I can promise you that.
I think you should go into town and see your friend especially if he's helped you before. Do you find it easy to talk to him?
I can remember being completely devastated after a break up. But now her nickname is that "emotionally-retarded-physically-abusive-bulldog-faced-bitch" (short version)... So, a bit of perspective can help you get over things.
I hope you have fun babysitting and with your friend.
That's understandable. Let yourself have a few off days and take care of yourself.
Break-ups are what it says - heartbreaking *hug* so it's completely natural for you to feel so hurt and upset, especially after more than 2 years together. As it says here in this article on mending a broken heart;
Some people say these are called break ups because they are broken somehow - and it's hard to remember the reasons why you end things with someone when it hurts so much. Perhaps trying to make a list of all the things you were unhappy about could help you through the times where you feel you might go back to him?
Have you spoken to him since it ended?
it's hard to believe now that you will get through this, but time really helps a lot and you will eventually feel better. It's good that you have someone you can speak to as it really helps, and do keep posting here
And as Broken-angel suggested, distracting yourself with work, friends, activities could really help at the moment.
Good luck stay strong *hug*
