Anyone like to share their unusual concoctions which have ended up being yummy?
My mum gave me her recipe for vegan chocolate mousse -
2 avocados
Cocoa powder (to taste)
Alcohol if you want (cointreau, creme de menthe, chambord, rum, malibu, etc)
Or a non alcohol flavourings
Cut the two avocados length ways and take out the flesh and mash it. Add cocoa powder and mix - taste as you go to make sure it's chocolaty enough but not too sickly. Add a little of the flavouring (or alcohol) slowly whilst mixing. Add a little agave syrup or stevia if needed and allow to chill.
Should serve 2 greedy people or 3 not so greedy people.

I find putting coconut cream and soya milk in things make it taste a little bit like cheese....
Can't think of any more off the top of my head, but I'll have a think!
