Can somebody help?... i walked into my daughters room and fell to my knees....she had self harmed again.... im so alone with this and its breaking my heart...

I'm really sorry to hear about your daughter, it sounds like you're struggling too with this and aren't sure what to do. Have you seen our section on self harm? Is she getting any professional help at all? Your first step would be to encourage her to see her GP, they will be able to refer her for some counselling or whatever it might be that she needs. There is help out there for her
