I've had this for about 9 years on and off and lately it's caused bad anxiety, I have an ENT appointment on Thursday and wondered if there is any remedy for Vertigo?

    Makoto,

Sorry to hear you are have problems with these feelings of vertigo. Have you seen the information on NHS Choices about Vertigo? There is a fact sheet as well as some information about the causes and treatment. This article on the BBC health section may help too.

As you'll see from reading these there is treatment available but vertigo can be a symptom of something else, so any treatment for this will depends on what is causing it. In order to find out what is causing it, you have made the right first step to get an ENT appointment. It is a good idea to talk to your GP or the ENT specialist about the vertigo but also about the anxiety it is understandably causing you as the two are interlinked and they can help you with both.

Good luck with the appointment, let us know how you get on :thumb:

I had the appointment today and the doc doesn't think it's ear related so I am having a balance test to double check.
