    Really rings true, I am doing a lot less exercise now than I was in the summer (I play golf so it's obviously easier in the summer) and I feel considerably worse in myself now.....

    Should make more effort to exercise in Winter.

    Love the way that was presented btw!

    Thank you very much for this very informative video.
    The exercise aspect is very important as i realise when
    i exercise like cycling my anxiety feels a lot more calmer
    . The 48% reduced anxiety is a very good statistic to know.
