I had a bad day yesterday, and I'm having a worse one today.
I just spent about an hour crying and that's made me more angry.
I don't feel safe from myself so I just wanted some help if that's okay.

Sorry things are tough again for you today, what with everything that's been going on lately.
Is there anyone close to you, a family member or friend you could speak to. What about your boyfriend? Sometimes just being around people can help.
Hope things get easier for you tonight.

No, I don't get on with my family and my best friend is at uni. My boyfriend dumped me today, he doesn't like my aspergers and I seem like a child when I don't give him eye contact or talk to him properly.
Things are getting worse by the day.
Really sorry to hear that. That must have been the last thing you needed.
If you need to hear a helpful voice you could always try ringing Support Line. They offer Confidential and emotional support on the telephone for children, young adults and adults.
You can check out mire info on them below. Let us know how you get on and keep posting. There is always someone here when need to offload. *hug*

I feel really weird. I feel like I'm going to pass out. Not sure if it's because I've had no food, but I don't want to eat anything. there's nobody I can call, and I don't feel brave enough to go anywhere.
I hope you've been able to eat something. Did you try to contact supportline as phil01 mentioned? there's an email there as well if you don't feel able to talk.

No I haven't, not brave enough for some reason.
