Hey guys
I recently started running again a few weeks ago and for the last 3 weeks I have had this feeling of strong pressure behind my knee cap.
Its not painful or anything just uncomfortable and it came on after I did a fartlek style run and I havent been able to run since.
I did a bit of google research and it seems its called runners knee but does anyone have any exercises or clues on how to get rid of it as its doing my nut in now!!!
Cheers for any help.

Firstly, kudos for getting back into the running.
I've read up bit on 'runners knee' and from what I can see it's a fairly common condition. This professional runners website has a lot of information on it, how you get it and exercises etc to overcome it. Check it out.
