    I had a Thai chicken soup at a restaurant in the Metro Centre, Gateshead, that was actually amazing. This was quite some years back, and probably the last place I'd expect to be bowled over by cuisine, but damnnn it was fine!

    i have just made butternut squash soup but its a lil bland
