Knowing job end date and CV

If you know the date your job (well, work experience in my case) ends, do you put this on your CV? Or do you just write "<date> - present"?

The CV is a record of your employment/experience at the time it was written, like a snapshot. So therefore I would argue that you just put "to present" as it is truthful and neither misleading or incorrect.

I think "present" after all you are still working there when you submit your CV to a potential employee

As the others said "present" until you actually finish

Thank you. :) I did think present was correct; but wasn't too sure.
