Hello all, I've been reading this site for a few weeks and decided to join after using the 'ask the site' feature.
I'm an adult with ADHD and only had my diagnosis a few weeks ago and I've found a few things on here of interest.
I apologise in advance if my postings offend anyone - that unfortunately is a trait of ADHD. I don't take the view of "it's not my fault, it's my condition" - it's the explanation but not the escuse. I'm learning to deal with it especially in my interactions with other, especially online. Often I have trouble getting my point across but my therapy sessions are helping and I'm finding improvements in the way I get my point across
