Since you're planning an upgrade to the forums anyway, this might either be solved in the new version or fixing it now might be pointless, but I thought I'd say it anyway.
And in any case, the circumstances for it happening are rare and it's not a big problem.
If you didn't notice it, the bug is that the thread's title which contains a quote appears with half the HTML "keyword" for a quote. I could explain why that happened but whoever's taking care of the technical parts of the website will know anyway.
