Is is possible to hide certain posts?

In Anything Goes, there's the Happy and Rant threads. Now, this isn't a dig at anyone; but some people have posted some rather triggering content. Is it possible to just hide these posts? I don't want to add the people to my ignore list - because I have no issues with these people at all.

It's not possible to hide individual posts I'm afraid, it would be good if you could PM me about this though perhaps - would be useful to know the posts you're finding triggering as maybe these kind of posts should be posted in the health forum instead?
