Over-the-counter acne products

I've never had a huge problem with acne, just a few bumps here and there. I've been using a prescription cream for it, which for a long time has eliminated virtually everything (although I would still get a zit or two on occasion).

Lately, though, it's just not working. I have Mt. Zitsuvius on my chin at the moment, as well as a few other little spots, and I just can't seem to get it all to clear up anymore. I have yet to find a dermatologist in the area, and once I do it may be a while before I can get an appointment, so I'm turning to you guys.

What over-the-counter products have worked the best for you at keeping pimples at bay?

Clearasil works for me. *Overexaggerated commercial smile and thumbs up.*

One's that contain Benzoyl Peroxide. If you get free prescriptions you can get your doctor to prescribe it.
