Just wondering if there is anyway of stopping or controlling panic attacks and when you faint.
i dont have big panic attacks, not paticularly noticable but i know whats going on normally, i have had big ones but not too recently.
and i can also faint and its rather embarrasing, i was just wondering if anyone new any ways to stop yourself fainting - HEAD BETWEEN LEGS ISNT WORKING.

please help!

oh and, sometimes thinking im gonna faint gives me a panic attack, and then i faint anyway.

    Hi there Lemon,

Sorry to hear you are fainting and also getting panic attacks. The best advice I can give is to speak to a health professional about how to help with fainting - maybe your GP is the best bet? You can always check out our pages of panic attacks too - some of this could help? Some of the NHS information on fainting might be worth looking at too.

Take care and keep posting :)
