Im trying to upload a new AV and it is 48.8kb (I cant compress it anymore) and yet you guys wont let me upload it as it says it.s 48.9kb any chance you can change the AV limit by .2kbs

    andddddd even if every registered member (all 1,977,135) used the extra .2kb It only equals an extra 395427 kb's or 386 meg :-p

    plus it's a stolen image and compressing it etc is a pain in the arse as it's an animated .gif file :(

    If you only need to shed 0.2k (approx 200 bytes), then you might wanna pass your image through one of those GIF optimsers. It takes out the unnecessary image information (image creator etc), without compromising the image itself. If you're lucky, it may do the trick. 50/50 chance.

    God, I remember the days when you'd try and squeeze a few extra bytes out of something. In the days of Gb and Tb I thought b had been forgotten lol.
