If your eating hovis bread you may not wish to read.

I would really love to hear your views on the post :)

As probaberbly most of you have heard on the news through friends in uni/school work or where ever. A man with 3 kids bought a loaf of Hovis bread to feed the family while the man was cutting (or sliceing if you prefare) the bread he saw something dark stuffed in to the corner and took parts of the bread off. He went to some experts to see what it was, and my it was a rat!stuffed in to the corner.

The rats tail was missing wonder where that could have gone .

I would really love to know what you lot think of this :)

I dont think he needed to take it to the labs to get tested, you can tell from certain pics what it is, or is likely to be.

I dont think its anything to be majorly worried about, the company has been fined a chunk of money and more importantly they have had a lot of bad publicity.

    1. I think they will tighten up their proceedures for sure now.

    2. Check your bread before you eat it ;)

This is a rare example on why white bread is better for you than brown bread. It is easier to spot a rat in it :-)

Now that we've confirmed the same story on both sides of the pond, it's probably one of those urban myths.

As for the OP's post, I was pretty sure I've read it before, then I checked the dates.
