What to do with 150 apples?

My apple tree had a good harvest this year, while my pear tree didn't do so well. They do seem to have alternate years. This year apples, then pears next year etc. I've baked a few apples in the microwave as a snack - cored, with raisins/honey in the core area. A few are frozen to preserve them and I might cook a few apple crumbles. So any idea what to do with 150 of them? Also, how nutritional are they compared to eating apples? My tree grows 'em massive, many of them being 4" in diameter.

Apple chutney, there's a recipe in the bag of apples i got today. should work with eaters and cookers. ill dig it out or find a link.

which strangely enough uses more apples but less sugar ??. It does omit mustard seeds, and i think you really need them in ya chutney

Ooooh, I like apple crisps. And I was going to suggest things like chutney, or apple in a jam (i just made a really yummy apple and blackberry jam) or apple sauce for pork.

Cider would be good, but if you don't want an alcoholic one, an apple juice is really nice too.
