freezing banana bread

Can you? I freeze everything else for later use... just finished making it and I've got 4 pans... and it is just little ol me! Didn't really think that one through. Let the bananas get all black before I found a recipe and I only needed half as many as I had, so I made twice as much.

    Yes you can. Wrap in cling film, then wrap in foil. Freeze for about 3 months. You could pre-slice it so you can take as much as you want at a time.

    I did! But put it in loaf pans instead of muffins. It is definatly a winner :D
