    I took it because I had eaten so much crap recently and wanted a cleanse....

    I had really bad stomach pains earlier, pooped like a Playdough Fun Factory and now feeling better. :d

    The best thing for this a litre of Copella apple juice drunk within the space of about 10 minutes. The effects are brutal. And were wholly unexpected the first time. :D
