Have just tried using rollers in my hair for the very first time! Feel very glam despite them still being in and me wearing just an oversized t-shirt and my Superman pants.

Anybody use rollers on a regular basis who can give me some tips on doing it properly? Have just sorta bunged them in and hoped for the best.
