    I run , i love to run , i used to use the gym a lot but i was concerned about becoming to muscley. Now i have finished college :yippe: i will try to run daily as i still don't have a summer job.

    most days because my job requires me to exercise!

    i have to walk around/cycle for 8-10 hours and have the occasional run when i have to chase someone ;)

    Three times a week usually, gym twice and two hour-long dance classes back to back on a Wednesday.

    Around 5 times a week... 60-80 minutes cardio, less if I am doing HIIT.

    dance ballet more dance runniing athletics rounders more running erm... baskentball netfall football that kinda stuff and swimming i love swimming

    5 times a week.

    I work out at the gym, swimming, pilates, yoga and I'm going to start a ballet class soon.

    That's what I do, less the walking as I'm not working. When I am working again though, I will be the same as you.

    I've never heard of it either.
    I really want to start doing something. Going to the gym and dancing interests me. So does a bit of walking.
    My dad exercises more than me and he's nearly 60.

    Glad to hear you want to start doing something - having that want is the first step :)
    Take it easy at first, introduce the exercise gradually. When I started going to the gym I went only once a week for the first three months which was enough for me to get used to it but not to burn me out. Good luck :)

    Also, what sort of dancing are you interested in? I'm trying to get the courage to go to an adult ballet lesson at the moment. I might go down to the studio this weekend to see where it is and ask the details.

    I go to zumba classes - it's so much fun. Definitely give it a go if there's a class near you. It makes you really sweaty but I find the hour goes really quickly because I'm concentrating and enjoying it.

    between three and five times a week, two sessions of combination weights and cardio, once a week pure weights and twice a week i go to spin class.

    Each session is about an hour
