    Anyway, it's changed. It is softer and the skin on top is a bit drier and a darker shade of red.

    Cool. Watch it for the next few days then. If it isn't getting any bigger and isn't itchy or painful, chances are it will be fine. :) People get spots all the time but we tend to worry just because it's on our wobbly bits.
