Hey,
I thought I should introduce myself.
I'm Alisatir and I'm a 21 year old law student from Scotland. I'm currently on a year out from my degree, but will be returning to Uni in September to finish the undergraduate stages of my training. After that I hope to go on and train as a Solicitor before later being called to the Scottish Bar. My legal interests lie in Criminal Law, Immigration Law and Human Rights Law.
Between November 2006 and September 2009 I was a volunteer Counsellor with ChildLine in Scotland, which was a tough but rewarding time in my life. In that time I learned a lot about myself. However, there is only so long that you can do that sort of work for before it gets too much for you (this is why I ended up taking a year out of University).
I'm sure you'll learn more about me as I post on the forum!
