...there's a 60 second delay between reporting posts. Any chance we could knock it down a bit, or even remove it altogether? I don't even know if it needs a delay in there...

    It's because the same time limit is used across all email settings through the boards. I've dropped it down to 10 seconds, which should still be enough to prevent flooding.
