So the latest news is that we’re out of the recession. Does it feel that way to you? In the latest TheSite competition, we’ve got a £1000 first prize for the 16 to 25 year-old who submits the best photograph, film or comic which illustrates the lessons that should be learned from the recession or how the economic situation has impacted on them and their communities.
There’s great prizes (so, £1000 to invest in your artistic future for the overall winner; £300 each for three runners up); great judges (including MD of Saatchi Design Ashley Goodall, Turner Prize nominee Yinka Shonibare and comic illustrator Jamie McKelvie); and the chance to have your work displayed at an awards event (and on TheSite.org).
