Just looked and they are both in the same place. Go to start and then control panel, and then regional and language options :)

Oh, quick look through google hasn't come up with anything. It says if it's windows then the windows key (the little flag) and the C key... but that doesn't work on mine.
    Sorry!

Press WIN + R... this brings up the run box.

In the run box, type intl.cpl

intl.cpl is the CPL file (control panel file) for reginal and language options.

Thanks but still no joy! I think all the languages are still in chinese characters so have no clue where to click!:banghead:

...Do you speak any Chinese? Is there no way you can ask anyone to change it for you? Or look up all the Chinese characters on the internet and try to figure it out?

i think sometimes you get editions of windows that only come in a certain language or a number of certain language, so it might not even be possible even if u could navigate to control to change it :/

What version of windows is it?
Generally you can't change the UI language unless you're in Vista Ultimate or 7 Ultimate.
Some people have hacked that though, thankfully, but it won't work on XP or older.
