Glory supporters really annoy me and there's droves of them in this thread.

"Yeah but my dad supported them" "I just like their strip" "Because Fabregas and Van Persie are hot" Heard all of these - the first many, many times.

    :banghead:

Would love to see a top four side go into administration or miraculously get relegated to the conference, watch all these so-called "die-hard" fans dissipate as if by magic.

Try supporting a mid-table league 2 side, the only people I can boast we're better than are friggin sunday league sides down the local park. :o

Right, so you do not know anything about me but because I don't support a lvl 2 league team I am a glory hunter, even though I supported United since the early days of Cantona and Schmeichel

So yeah I am sorry if I've support a team that isn't crap, that just makes me a glory hunter:rolleyes:

Wasn't talking about anyone specifically, nor was I aiming that at you.

Considering I haven't a clue where you live, where you were brought up or who you support! Though the fact you got so defensive about it does suggest to me you are in it for the glory. :thumb:

Aye, Cuz at five I really knew about what glory was... actually United got kinda forced onto me, and it stuck I suppose. however simply replying "this place is full of glory hunters" is aiming at me as I was one of the principal posters in this thread, I am sick of the whole "your a united fan, your a glory hunter"

It was always going to be Chelsea or Manchester Utd to win the Premier League... personally I still have my money on Chelsea clawing back.

For the Champions League? Barcalona.... although it'd be nice to see an English team win it....in which case, I'd rather see Arsenal win it than Manchester United.

Pfft, don't make me laugh love.

At least Fulham can beat Italian opposition.

Italian maybe but sadly not Tottenham it would seem

We've got bigger fish to fry. Spurs are welcome to the FA Cup.

Who are Chelsea playing in Europe next? Oh wait, that's right...

I recon the table is gonna look like this at the end of the season:

    Man U
    Chelski
    Arsenal
    Liverpool
    Tottenham
    Man City
    Aston Villa

I think Barcelona and Man U in the final of the Champions League with Barca to win. I think as in form strikers go, although Rooney is great, Messi clinches it.
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
No way Liverpool will get fourth. I think Spurs will have the momentum to clinch it, with City getting fifth. Villa are too inconsistent.

Liverpool to cash in on Gerrard and Torres in the summer, the latter going to Chelsea and the former going to Real or City. Benitez to follow Gerrard to Real Madrid.

Oh, and Fulham to beat Liverpool in Hamburg to win the Europa League. They've already thumped the Scousers once this season.

No, gut feeling doesn't cut it, Arsenal haven't got a chance, the united Chelsea game will be the decider I think.

Says the Chelsea fan. You know, when I was younger, I used to hate the colour red and got really annoyed that we couldn't have blue shirts like chelsea... Haha aww the joys of childhood  I've learnt now that that blue shirt represents something... not good ;)

Football. It has everything you need for education:

Geography (where the clubs are- Like Nottingham Forest, and Arsenal, and Brighton and Hove Albion)

    Maths (the scores- Like 5-0)

English (the fans shouting "FUCKING PENALTY")

Music (the fans singing "Are you Tottenham in disguise?")

History (what previous clubs a player has played for- Ashley fucking-I-Am-A-Knob Cole for example)

Art (the game its self is an art)

Drama ("OH FUCK ANOTHER ARSENAL TOP 11 PLAYER IS INJURED")

    P.E. (well.. durr)

    R.E. (Cesc Fabregas=God)

Science (Errmm... Injuries. That counts. The anatomy of the human body, I think that's what it's called?)

    P.S.V.E (it's a way of life)

    Bus studies (it's a job)

ICT (the bit at the begining, where they show the team formation, that's done on ICT)

So yeah :p Football= All the education I need.
