my chest hurts :(
especially when I stand up to quickly.
any ideas why?

    I know this may sound silly but it actually happened:

    I was having really bad stabbing pains in my chest for about 6 months (every day). I went to the doctors and they sent me for loads of tests on my heart and lungs and everything came back negative.

    It turned out to be trapped wind! apparently it can cause more pain than a heart attack. it would also be painfull when you move or occasionally when you breath deeply.

    thanks guys! Not sure what it was but it's gone now thankfully :) which is good because it hurt!
