Can anyone help me?
I recently left a Mobile Phone and Mp3 player at work(Royal Mail) and a member of staff found them and handed them over to a Manager, when i returned to work to collected my items i was informed that the items where lost by the manager. Does Royal Mail have a legal responsibility to reburse me the value of my goods, and how would i go about making a claim against them.
