Part time jobs?

Right its getting so ridiculous, i need a job. I've been unemployed since woolies shut down, and i've been looking on the university careers portal, trying the websites of shopping centres, if i see a shop with anything in the window i tend to put in a cv, but i've had one interview in the last year, and clearly nothing came of it.

Is there anywhere else i should be looking, or is it just a case of waiting it out and hoping for the best?

    Looking for part-time work is hard, especially to fit around studies. Have you tried any telesales positions, I've found in the past that they're usually flexible on hours.

    Handing out speculative CVs, signing up to agencies.

    Are there any silver service type agencies round where you live? Or the ones that send you to various events to do bar work. Obviously wouldn't be a regular job, but a few shifts here and there would be better than nothing!
