hey. i was wondering how a person is classified under anorexic or bulimic. can you medically be both? my friends say i have anorexic tendencies because i starve myself often and eat under 600 calories a day but i maintain a normal weight for my age and height( 123 lb for 5"6).my metabolism is extremly slow:(
i also sometimes purge my food with vomiting or laxatives so am i considered bulimic?
am i anorexic, bulimic or just concerned about my eating habits?

ednos is known as eating disorder not otherwise specified and it is when you do not fit completely into one category or another.....try to go on to b-eat.co.uk as it is fantastic - has lots of information about ed's and it has a forum as well. xxx
