Apologies for the bluntness, I've been on this forum for a few years, on and off, just need some quick advice really.
Is throwing up blood a bad thing?
Drank quite a bit last night. Only beer. Nothing red. Was a bit ill when I got home. Made it in to work this morning, but now....like the title says.
Feeling a bit waffy if I'm honest. Don't want to be bleeding internally or anything. Not at christmas.
