With them available free online and for a charge at retail outlets, do you value what national newspapers have to say? Are they worth paying for and if you surf news webpages which ones are good?
The mix of celebrity news, horror crimes, political commentary and informative pictures. Are the newspapers worth reading and which ones do you avoid?

isn't £1.80 cheap for sunday paper?
i don't read newspapers, if its important i'll hear about it thru word of mouth. tho i do skim the bbc website like everybody else in a spare 5 minutes at a computer
people say what the free press writes can be crap- then relying on word of mouth is more tricky in my opinion
I wouldn't pay though.
Most Sunday papers have too much in the way of supplements. You're paying the extra for loads of mini-magazines with in-depth rubbish
tend to normally buy the guardian, but i generally like something i can read so i'll comfortably settle for the times
i'm probably one of the few people who buys a newspaper regulary, but £1 per work day ain't too bad i find
I used to buy 3 newspapers daily to get a varied news and opinion report. But just making capitalists rich by reading their propaganda lol. Now its the occassional paper on random days, esp with access to free online stuff
