...once you've opened the bottle?

i opened a bottle of wine last night but i only had one glass.

i don't fancy any tonight.

will it be ok tomorrow?

i'd normally just throw it away but it was an expensive bottle, lol.

I usually shove the cork in, and stick it in the fridge. It can last a good few days, and if it gets a bit old I just use it in cooking

It should be fine. I bought a bottle on Friday night, had a couple of glasses, put one of those stopper things in it and left it in the kitchen - it's red so didn't bother putting it in the fridge - and am currently halfway through another glass of it and it tastes fine! :)

If you are going to use it in cooking then you can freeze it until you feel like using it.

Well, if you stored it out of fridge you'd probably not have a decent one next day
