Umm....what's the best way to stop something, say an arm, bleeding? Or like gain control of the situation?

Just wondering really.

    Arm: pressure, elevation will stop it.

    Uuh huh I'm fine, it will be fine. Nothing really just wondering. Kust a bit scared but it's all good.

    It's ok, just feel shit tbh. That's 8/ 9 months for nothing really. No matter how you put it...it is.
