Horror movie recommendations?

I need to watch some horror movies. I'm looking for ones that are no more than 2 years old. What can you recommend? I've already seen The Ring. Please recommend a few. I like Science Fiction as well, so horror movies in that genre are fine as well.

Maybe it would help if you could expand a little more on your reasons for only needing to see movies from the last couple of years? It does mean you won't be watching anything that's really good.
Also, we are starting to notice your posting threads with lots of links to amazon - may be an issue if it starts to look like spam.
Anyway, let me know what you need to see the movies for and I'll be happy to suggest some from the last couple of years.
