    Helping someone to die is illegal, attempting to end your own life isn't :)

    ...There changing the law on assisted suicide though aren't they? I mean for people with altzimas (can't spell it sorry) and things like that.

    THIS. Jesus, it's like people are saying that if he wasn't really going to jump he should have to pay. The guy must be seriously mentally ill to even consider doing something like that and try to go through with it. You have to be in a really *really* bad place to get to that point.

    To be honest its fairly clear cut as to whether someone is either trespassing, 'delibrate' trespass (ie: intending to cause trouble) or if they are attempting suicide. I can't defend Serco (actually to some extent my employer) in this circumstance.
