Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I showed my sister some photos of a hobby which I do and she said that they could be postcards.

What you do guys think?

Is/Has anyone thought of selling photos as postcards?

Never done it myself... but it would be pretty cool! Make some copies and then yea, ask anyone if they want to by them I guess haha! You can always print the lines on the back for the address ect.
    But I think it's a good idea.

You'd probably have more luck selling your shots as stock photos, there are a lot of websites that offer such things.

You know, there actually IS website where you could create postcards really easily. In fact, you could have your own little store! If you already have the photos on your computer, you can upload them here and even shrink or enlarge the photo, as well as place text over it.
    Create postcards here: http://www.zazzle.com/custom/postcards
And, if you like, you can create identical postage stamps to go along with it: http://www.zazzle.com/custom/stamps

I make stuff here all the time. :)

I agree with Diva. You can also use Mixbook to make photo cards and it's completely free. I've used it for making birthday cards and Christmas cards. It just makes the whole experience a lot more personal for the recipient!
